Remaking Great Faith Culture:
Live the Word. Love People. Reach the World.
Meeting Objective
Tonight’s objective is to move our vision from the wall into our leadership behavior.
Great Faith Church already has the vision language:
Live the Word.
Love People.
Reach the World.
Now we must build the culture, systems, habits, and accountability to make that vision visible.
1. Opening Statement
Leaders, tonight is not about introducing a new vision.
Tonight is about aligning our leadership culture with the vision God has already given this house.
Slide 1
The Great Faith Church Vision is clear.
We Live the Word.
We Love People.
We Reach the World.
The issue is not whether the vision is printed, posted, or preached.
The issue is whether the vision is practiced.
Vision on the wall does not change lives until it becomes culture in the people.
Tonight we are beginning a culture remake.
2. Opening Scripture
Slide 2
Habakkuk 2:2 KJV
“And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, That he may run that readeth it.”
Key Teaching Point
God told Habakkuk to write the vision so people could run with it.
That means vision must be:
The Vision of Great Faith Church Must Be:
Clear enough to read.
Strong enough to repeat.
Practical enough to run with.
Measurable enough to evaluate.
If people cannot run with the vision, the vision has not become clear enough in the culture.
Define Culture
Culture is the repeated behavior, shared language, accepted standard, and measurable fruit of a people.
At Great Faith Church, our culture must answer three questions:
Are we living the Word?
Are we loving people?
Are we reaching the world?
If the answer is not visible, measurable, and repeatable, then we still have work to do.
4. Define a Results Culture
A results culture is a leadership environment where vision becomes behavior, behavior becomes consistency, and consistency produces measurable fruit.
We are not building a title culture.
We are not building a personality culture.
We are not building a spectator culture.
We are building a results culture.
Results matter because Jesus said fruit matters.
John 15:8 KJV
“Herein is my Father glorified, That ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.”
God is glorified when fruit becomes visible.
Why Does This Matter Now??
Due Season requires GFC Leaders to become more aligned, more organized, more measurable, and more fruitful.
We cannot carry tomorrow’s harvest with yesterday’s habits.
We cannot reach more people with unclear systems.
We cannot build stronger disciples with inconsistent follow-up.
We cannot create a giving, serving, Word-based, outreach-minded church if leaders do not model it first.
The culture of Great Faith Church will never rise above the leadership.
The Three Vision Pillars
Pillar 1: Live the Word
This produces our Word Culture.
Proverbs 4:20-24 KJV
“My son, attend to my words; Incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Let them not depart from thine eyes; Keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, And health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.
Put away from thee a froward mouth, And perverse lips put far from thee.”
Leadership Meaning
We do not lead from pressure.
We do not lead from opinion.
We do not lead from emotion.
We do not lead from tradition.
We lead from the Word.
Our Standard:
Every Great Faith leader must become a Word-governed leader.
This means:
We study the Word.
We speak the Word.
We obey the Word.
We correct our attitude with the Word.
We make decisions through the Word.
We help others apply the Word.
Leader Question
Where does my leadership need to become more Word-governed?
Pillar 2: Love People
This produces our Serving Culture and Giving Culture.
John 13:34-35 KJV
“A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; As I have loved you, That ye also love one another.
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, If ye have love one to another.”
GFC Leadership Meaning:
Love is not invisible.
Love has evidence.
Love serves
Love gives.
Love follows up.
Love forgives.
Love corrects.
Love carries responsibility.
Love protects unity.
Love makes people feel seen.
GFC Leadership Standard
Every Great Faith leader must make love visible through action.
That means:
We do not use people to build ministry. We use ministry to build people.
We do not ignore people when they are disconnected. We follow up.
We do not wait for someone else to serve. We carry our part.
We do not give only when convenient. We honor God and support the vision.
Leader Question
Where does my love need to become more visible through service, generosity, and care?
Pillar 3: Reach the World
This produces our Outreach Culture.
Mark 16:15 KJV
“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, And preach the gospel to every creature.”
Leadership Meaning
Great Faith Church is not called to maintain who is already present. We are called to reach who is still missing.
Outreach is not an event. Outreach is a culture.
We reach locally.
We reach digitally.
We reach relationally.
We reach consistently.
GFC Leadership Standard
Every Great Faith leader must become an inviter, a witness, a connector, and a follow-up person.
I invite people.
I share the ministry online.
I pray for souls.
I participate in outreach.
I help guests return.
I connect people into the church family.
Leader Question; Who am I intentionally helping reach, return, or reconnect?
The Four Cultures We Are Building
Lets align the four cultures under the three vision pillars.
1. Word Culture
Vision Pillar: Live the Word
A Word Culture means we believe, speak, obey, and apply the Word until it becomes our way of life.
2. Giving Culture
Vision Pillar: Love People
A Giving Culture means we honor God first, fund the vision, practice generosity, and remove selfishness from the house.
3. Serving Culture
Vision Pillar: Love People
A Serving Culture means we move from attendance to ownership, from consumption to contribution, and from title to responsibility.
4. Outreach Culture
Vision Pillar: Reach the World
An Outreach Culture means every believer sees themselves as part of the mission to reach, invite, connect, and disciple people.
Critical Influence Leadership Connection
If we want different results, we must identify the behaviors that produce those results.
We do not remake culture by motivation alone.
We remake culture by changing vital behaviors.
A vital behavior is a repeated action that directly produces the result we want.
So tonight, we are not only talking about what we believe.
We are identifying what we must repeatedly do.
Vital Behaviors for Great Faith Leaders
Live the Word: Vital Behaviors
Read or meditate on scripture weekly.
Apply one scripture to leadership decisions.
Speak faith over their assignment.
Attend or replay a teaching rhythm.
Help someone else understand the Word.
Love People: Vital Behaviors
Serve in a defined area.
Follow up with people.
Honor people with your words as you communicate.
Give faithfully and support the vision.
Resolve conflict biblically.
Look for people who feel unseen.
Reach the World: Vital Behaviors
Invite someone.
Share church content.
Participate in outreach.
Pray for specific souls.
Follow up with guests.
Help people take their next step.
The Leadership Shift Required
This is the shift we must make:
From title to fruit.
From intention to execution.
From attendance to ownership.
From reaction to responsibility.
From ministry activity to measurable impact.
From saying the vision to carrying the culture.
2 Corinthians 8:11 KJV
“Now therefore perform the doing of it; That as there was a readiness to will, So there may be a performance also out of that which ye have.”
Readiness is not enough.
Willingness is not enough.
We must perform the doing of it.
What We Will Start Measuring
Measurement is not punishment. Measurement is stewardship.
Proverbs 27:23 KJV
“Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, And look well to thy herds.”
We must know the state of what we lead.

What I Need From Every Leader
Tonight I am asking every leader to make three commitments.
Commitment 1: Live the Word Personally
Do not lead people into a Word culture you do not practice privately.
Commitment 2: Love People Visibly
Make love measurable through serving, giving, follow-up, and care.
Commitment 3: Reach People Intentionally
Do not only manage people already connected. Help reach people who are missing.

GFC Ministry Alignment Exercise
My Ministry Area:
How does this ministry help people Live the Word?
How does this ministry help people Love People?
How does this ministry help people Reach the World?
What result should this ministry produce in the next 90 days?
What vital behavior will we practice weekly?
How will we measure it?
30-Day Leadership Action
For the next 30 days, every leader will report three simple actions.
1. Word Action
What scripture did I apply or help someone apply this week?
2. Love Action
Who did I serve, care for, call, follow up with, or encourage this week?
3. Reach Action
Who did I invite, share with, pray for, or help connect this week?
This is where culture starts becoming visible.
Closing Charge
Leaders, Great Faith Church must become what the vision says.
We must Live the Word.
Not quote it only.
Live it.
We must Love People.
Not say it only.
Show it.
We must Reach the World.
Not discuss it only.
Do it.
If we carry this culture, the church will change.
If the leaders change, the culture changes.
If the culture changes, the people change.
If the people change, the results change.
If the results change, the mission advances.
This is our leadership assignment.
GFC Leaders Faith Declaration
I am a Great Faith Church leader.
I live the Word therefore, the Word governs my thinking, my speech, my conduct and my leadership.
I love people, therefore I serve with honor, I give with generosity.
