Come Home to Faith

To God be the glory faith family! As we near the end of this transformative year, I want to extend my gratitude to God for His unwavering presence, His constant provision, and His continuous protection that has been our shield throughout 2023.

It's that time of year when we shift our focus toward seeking God's guidance and making faith-filled decisions for the coming year. During our recent 21-day Prevailing Prayer focus, something extraordinary happened within our church family. It was a moment of profound visitation from the Lord during our "Night of Thanksgiving" worship gathering.

God's presence was so intense and so real that for nearly an hour, the room was filled with a holy silence, weeping, and a stillness that can only be described as a divine God Encounter. It was during this sacred moment that God whispered into my heart these words: "My presence is validation for your life." This revelation was nothing short of monumental!

Our theme for 2023 was "Validated: The Season of Supernatural Victory and Vindication," which had us eagerly anticipating outward signs of victory and vindication as evidence of God's presence with us. But, my dear friends, God had a different message. He revealed that the internal validation of His presence in our hearts is the key to experiencing external victory and vindication. This revelation is profound because it reiterates God's intention for our lives: to trust Him, to walk by faith in His Word, and not by what we see with our eyes.

Now, as we stand at the threshold of 2024, we are embracing a new faith-focus theme: "Open Heart = Open Heaven – Come Home to Faith." We stand firmly upon Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV:

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

We are reminded by Matthew 6:20-21 KJV:

"But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven... For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

I prophesy over each one of you that as you open your hearts and “Come Home to Faith” by surrendering to God's Word, speaking His promises over your lives, and seeking His will diligently, you will witness the manifestation of His promises, as declared in Deuteronomy 28:12-13 KJV:

"The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season and to bless all the work of thine hand... The Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath..."

As we prepare to close this year, I invite you to join us for back-to-back worship experiences at Great Faith Church on Sunday, December 31st, at 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM. We gather early as a faith family to make time for our individual families as we step into the blessings of 2024.

Additionally, I encourage you to connect with me each morning beginning Monday, January 1 through Wednesday, January 3, 2024, virtually, from 6 AM to 6:17 AM on Facebook and YouTube as we "Open our Hearts" in prayer. Remember, it was during our previous 21-day Prevailing Prayer focus that God responded to our corporate sacrifice with a tangible visitation of His presence.  Finally, agree with me and release your faith to expect “More in 2024” of God’s presence, peace, power, and prosperity for our Great Faith Church family.
