Faith First Means Obedience Next

Faith Focus

If God is enough, His Word is enough. If His Word is enough, obedience is my next step.

Romans 8:13 KJV
“For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.”

Faith Devotional

The Word you hear but refuse to obey becomes the evidence against the deception you are living in.

So today, we are not just hearing.
We are doing.

We are not just agreeing.
We are obeying.

We are not just saying, “God is enough.”
We are proving He is enough by trusting His Word enough to act on it.

Because if God is enough, His Word is enough.
If His Word is enough, His instruction is enough.
If His instruction is enough, obedience is my next step.

Faith comes first. Feelings follow. Obedience closes the door to the thief.

Obedience is dethroning self, denying the flesh, resisting the lie, and restoring the Holy Ghost to His rightful place of leadership.

Faith Action Step

Answer this altar question honestly: What has God already told me to do? Then do that first step today.

Faith Confession

I am a doer of the Word. I obey quickly. I obey fully. I obey by faith. The thief has no seat in me. Faith comes first. Feelings follow. Obedience closes the door.

Prayer of Faith

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I declare that You are enough. Your Word is enough. Your wisdom is enough. Your instruction is enough. Your Spirit is enough. I refuse to be a hearer only. I expose every lie, reject every excuse, dethrone self, and yield to the Holy Ghost. I obey quickly, fully, and by faith. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
