God Starts at the End
Scripture
Isaiah 46:10 KJV
"Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure."
Isaiah 55:11 KJV
"So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."
Daily Big Idea
God doesn't start at the beginning and hope it works out. He starts at the end, and He keeps the end in front of Him.
Revelation
God declares the end from the beginning. Before anything is done, His counsel already stands. That is how He works, and we are made in His image. Most people don't quit because they never had vision. They quit because they lost sight of it. Pressure comes, pushback comes, distractions come, and somewhere on a Tuesday afternoon the end God showed you slips out of view. But the Word that went out of His mouth will not return void. If God declared the end, it's already settled in heaven. Your job is to keep it in front of you until it shows up in your life.
Key Statement
Motivation is not a feeling you generate. It is a view you maintain.
ACE Application
ALIGN: Line up with how God works. Start with the end He declared, not with how things look today.
CONSECRATE: Set apart one promise God has spoken over your life as the focus of this whole week.
EXCEL: Write that promised end down and put it where you'll see it first thing every morning.
Faith Action
Get a card or open a note on your phone. At the top, write: "The end God declared over my ______." Under it, write the promise in one sentence, with a scripture if you have one. Put it where you'll see it every morning this week. You'll build on this card every day.
Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You that You declare the end from the beginning. Your counsel stands, and Your Word does not return to You void. Today I stop starting where I am and start where You are, at the end You already declared. Open my eyes to the promise You've spoken over my life, and help me keep it in front of me all week long. In Jesus' name, Amen.
